Re A1)

For the banner and table banner, I modified the font to use Open Sans 
(the font has an open license) and added "the open source sip server 
project".

The green/grey parts and the rest were vectorized and can be reproduced 
at large, high res.

The pdf files were used to print the banner and the table cover for 
Astricon 2013 and are high res, printer quality.

If those images are liked, I can get whatever high res files you want 
from them (in the desired sizes).

The adobe illustrator files are also in that directory.

Palner will match the price of the bronze package in contribution.
