[sr-dev] Possible enhancement for 4.1.0: STUN as a module

I see the difficulty with SCTP.

One of the things I was curious about is whether the SCTP support in
Kamailio is Linux specific or not.  To use it on Linux you need the lksctp
libraries, are there compatible libraries for other OS?

If the libraries do vary between platforms would putting the dependent
code in a different module help?  At least it might mean that different
modules could be written for each OS if required?

I am not sure there is a huge demand for SCTP out there, but I was just
thinking for the next release it'd be good to be able to have these things
as module rather than build-time choices.
