[sr-dev] double record-routing also at outbound edge

Hi,

I've started fixing this now.

I have updated the record-routing part so that double-RRs are added.  I 
now have to modify the strict and loose routing code in loose.c to do 
the right thing when double-RRs with flow-tokens are received.

Hopefully, should have something within the next day or so.
