[sr-dev] is_gruu() missing from wiki modules functions index

i tried to look is_gruu() function from

http://www.kamailio.org/wiki/alphaindexes/3.3.x/modfunctions#i

but it was not there.  if this index is generated automatically,
generation has not been working lately.
