[sr-dev] Kamailio and SQLSERVER

Use db_unixodbc modul to connect to MS SQL server. Therefore you also 
have to configure unixodbc.

Then, set the db_url of the other modules to the unixodbc connection. 
Then all the configured modules will talk to the MSSQL server instead of 
mysql (which is the default).
