[Serdev] Suggestion: New mailing list for commits

I would prefer to have a unique dev list...if you're intereseted in
development I'm sure you are also interested in code changes. Anyhow,
it doen't bother reading 2 or 3 lines or even or setting a new rule in
your mail box to mark CVS commits..
