[Serdev] compile can't pass for latest cvs code of ser

   I used the latest code of SER from cvs.
When I commented the -DDBG_QM_MALLOC and
-DPKG_MALLOC lines in the Makefile.defs
and comiled it.it complained about struct meminfo mi
couldn't find in the file fifo_server.c lines 876.
It reported the same problem even if I uncommented
the -DF_MALLOC lines.
