[Serdev] minor postgres patches

Alex,
I missed the include path problem....that would definitely screw up
the build.
On the version I am running, the MODULE_VERSION is reported
at run time, but it doesn't stop running. A warning message is
printed. On your version the load stops? That is probably a good
thing.
Did you actually get a Postgres version of SER running?
