Summary: cleanup reference when dialog accessed from reply route

Initial Comment:
When dlg_get() is used in onreply_route, the reference count for the dlg is incremented but never gets decremented when the script finishes.

The patch adds the existing post script cleanup callback to be called on replies in addition to requests.

Message:
I did a slightly different patch, as dlg_get can get a dialog not related
to current sip message, can you check it? Get the latest 1.5 branch.

Garbage? That's the output of 'dig diff' on my system - what's it on yours?
