If I modify the Debian changelog and replace "1.3.0-svn1" with "1.3.2" then I 
get something cooler:

# dpkg -l | grep openser
ii  openser                  1.3.2
ii  openser-mysql-module     1.3.2
ii  openser-radius-modules   1.3.2
