[OpenSER-Devel] Is still necessary to change Makefile to compile Debian Etch deb package in OpenSer 1.3.1?

I can't imagine the reasons to prefer installing a stable branch (1.3.1) in 
Debian Sid than in Etch, but with the below patch it would be enough.
