[OpenSER-Devel] 1.4.0 schedule, another 1.3 minor release?

Hi Henning,

It sounds fine for me.

I still have some fixes I want to push into 1.3 - I'm currently holding 
them back for more testing as we found these issues in some running 
platforms. I would suggest doing the 1.3.2 somewhere next week - 
Thursday 15 of May will be ok?

For 1.4 - the freeze date is ok -  about the testing period, I agree 
with Dan - let's try to go for 1 month and if needed we can extend it to 
2 months.
