Hi Juha,

yes, this was possible before the migration. I did not wanted to introduce 
some sed hacks to emulate the past behaviour, as i don't considered this 
functionality that much important/ widely used this time. If someone want to 
change the default table type, all thats needed is to change this in 
entities.xml, and re-run 'make dbschema'. Don't this work for you?
