[OpenSER-Devel] selection of MYSQL_TABLE_TYPE at time when table are created

i noticed that mysql table type is hard coded in *.sql scripts based on
definition of MYSQL_TABLE_TYPE in db/schema/entities.xml.

i would prefer to be able to specify MYSQL_TABLE_TYPE in openserctlrc so
that table type could be selected when tables are created by
openserdbctl script.

if i remember correctly, that was possible earlier before the schema
stuff was introduced.

any comments on this?
