you are right.  i was too busy when i wrote the email.  debug level of
openser generated info's should be between info and debug level.  then i
could run openser using info debug level.

alternatively i would need to change all script infos to notices
provided that openser does not generate anything at notice level.  then
i could run openser at notice debug level.
