SVN trunk revision 3632.
Some times "some" OpenSer module generates a wrong query (note strange characteres):

Maybe it's similar to bug #1886421:

Hi Inaki,

thank you for the report. Yes, this was a similar error caused from a
forgotten conversion to the new db API. Should be work now. Please reopen
if you have still issues.
