[OpenSER-Devel] new developer: Iouri Kharon

Hello,

i'm pleased to introduce a new developer for the project: Iouri Kharon. He 
created the db_oracle database access module that is actually on the tracker 
[1] and will maintain this code after its merging into the trunk.

Iouri, i'd like to thank you for the work with the Oracle access module. I'm 
looking forward to more contributions from you.
