[OpenSER-Devel] mi_xmlrpc for non Debian

Hi Gregorio,

on REDHAT I think you also need to add "-lwwwutils" to LIBS in module's 
Makefile.
unfortunatly I was not able to find a common way to compile the module 
against libxmlrpc-c3 from sources and packages....still digging in....
