it follows the draft about 90%. It still uses the username of the R-URI 
to specify the destination in XMPP network. That's because the current 
SIP user agents do not allow to set the Route set or outbound proxy per 
message -- to be able to route the call to sip-xmpp gateway. Alternative 
is to use SRV at server level, to check first for SIP support of 
destination server and if fails, search XMPP support and translate to it 
if yes -- this is not implemented.

Presence and voice are in the roadmap to complete the gateway.
