Summary: persistent registrations not working with dbtext

Initial Comment:
The usrloc module is not able to save registration into
the dbtext database:

DBT:db_insert: cannot set v[11] in c[13]!

It looks like that dbt_row_set_val() should accept the
DB_BITMAP type for methods column inside location table.

But after a restart, I got this:

ERROR:dbtext: unsupported type 6 in update
db_upd_ucontact(): Error while updating database
ERROR:usrloc:update_ucontact: failed to update database

The insert issue was solved and now we hit the update.

It should be fixed in CVS, could you check and let me know
if works? Then I will close the item on the tracker.
