yes, i know it is standard attribute, but i thought that the idea of
modules/acc/etc/dictionary was to list ALL attributes used by the
proxy.  it has all other standards attributes too:

ATTRIBUTE	User-Name		1	string
ATTRIBUTE	Password		2	string
ATTRIBUTE	CHAP-Password		3	string
...

if not, then perhaps it would be better to prune it and only list
there non-standard attributes and values.
