Summary: OSP token validation failes for translated called number

Initial Comment:
When the source OSP device sends a SIP INVITE with a 
translated called number, OSP module fails to validate 
the OSP authorization token.

The source OSP device obtains the translated called 
number from the OSP server and puts it in the Request-
Line of the SIP INVITE message. The called number in 
the To header is original. The OSP authorization token 
in the SIP INVITE message contains the translated 
called number. It looks like the OSP module uses the 
original called nunber in the To header to validate 
the OSP token.

This bug has been fixed using the called number in the 
Request-Line instead of the called number in the To header. 
The changes are committed into CVS head on 7/20/06.
