openserctl ul rm <username> deletes all contacs of the AoR

make a command rm_contact to delete a certain contact

( openserctl fifo ul_rm_contact location
'aor at domain.at' 'sip:afdfss at 10.10.0.50:8718' )

Note: just a remainder to do it after CVS-freeze is over
