[Devel] new cvs tag for testing?

Hello,

Current there are 2 main CVS branches:
The stable 0_9_0
and the unstable HEAD

What do you think about a testing branch, which is not the bleading edge of
development and always becomes the next stable? 
New features in HEAD should move after some days and enough reported
successful uses into testing.
