Hector,

I could be wrong about what's happening here, but what you have provided 
is a sip trace from an external utility (wireshark or tcpdump maybe .. ?).

Could you verify your kamailio log to see if it is actually handling SIP 
messages?

I show below a portion of one of my logs for kamailio, that indicates 
reception of a REGISTER message. (you might have to increase the 
'debug=' value option in you kamailio.cfg)
