[Kamailio-Users] TM module

I had this problem too, and could not find rational explanation 
because I was not loading any modules prior to 'tm' that had 'tm' as 
an obvious dependency.

Try loading 'tm' as the first module, before any others.  It fixed the 
problem for me.
