A SIP proxy does not send ACK by itself. The SIP proxy will forward the 
reINVITE to the SIP client. Then, the SIP client should send back 200 OK 
which will be forwarded by the proxy to the gateway. Then, the gateway 
will send ACK and the proxy will forward it to the SIP client.
