Hi,

a good starting point is the module documentation
http://kamailio.org/docs/modules/devel/domain.html

Many modules have a parameter called use_domain. You have to set that to 1.

Look also at default configuration file, it shows in comments how to 
enable multi-domain.

If you encounter problems in configuring Kamailio do the job you want, 
feel free to post here your questions.
