There is one more same 'via' in double and the branch is the same for the
two frames

Compare the last digit of the branch parameter in the topmost Viaheader of
the forwarded SIP messages. If it the branch is totally identical, then it
is a retransmission. If it differs, then it is a second branch which you
created probably by mistake.
