You can add the second IP to your host and use "force_socket" function (or 
something called similar) to choose between them.

Also, you can add a route in you Kamailio Linux/BSD so traffic to the second 
carrier will use a different interface. Not 100% sure, but I think Kamailio 
will set the correct source IP in the "Via" and "Record-Route" headers.
