[Kamailio-Users] problem starting kamailio

Do not run openser_mysql.sh!  How did you get that exacutable installed?
The right tool for creating tables in the db is kamdbctl.

Anyway, the fact that is segv-ing is bad.  Can you get a backtrace using gdb?
