[Kamailio-Users] Statistic in openser

You can get the number of INVITEs/second by using the ratelimit module:
http://www.kamailio.net/docs/modules/1.4.x/ratelimit.html

You will need to define what is a "successful" INVITE and how do you
want to account for it.
You can build any kind of statistics by using the statistics module:
http://www.kamailio.net/docs/modules/1.4.x/statistics.html
