[Kamailio-Users] CANCEL and 487 Request Terminated

looks like the ACK is miss-routed.

Usually calling t_relay() for ACK is sufficient (take a look at the 
config file generated with sipwise.com wizard for correct CANCEL/ACK 
handling.
