[OpenSER-Users] How to determine that a reply is a retransmission?

Hi Jon,

There is no way to tell identify the reply retransmissions in 
reply_route - this routes is called to report the received replies, 
before running the transaction state machine (and to decide if the reply 
should be or not relay to the UAC).
