you can have third party registrations to openser, but openser cannot do
registration in behalf of other parties -- it is a proxy.
Workaround is to use sipsak/sipp from command line to register and set
the contact the address of the openser. Incoming calls will be routed to
openser where you decide what to do via configuration file.
