Hi Mircea,

thanks for your help.
Meanwhile I found several issue in my configuration (OpenXCAP and clients)
which I have solved now.

The download of resource-list.xml is now done with:
	GET http://xcap.net1.test/resource-lists/users/bob/resource-list.xml
and that works perfect.

He experiences should be documented and the idea of Adrian to setup a
read/write page for OpenXCAP deployment experiences will be helpful for many
others.
