[Kamailio-Users] crashing problem

5-15 cps throughout the day, peaks around 60-70, crashes at non-peak times

Nope, our config is pretty vanilla

No private modules

How many calls per second are you routing?
Are you doing something specific beside just routing calls via carrierroute?
Are you running any private modules?
