[Kamailio-Users] new developer: Carsten Bock

Hello,

I wish to welcome long time contributor, Carsten Bock, among developers. 
He is going to be officially co-maintainer of the dispatcher module and 
help with several other modules such as dialog, uac, ...

He has submitted lot of new features in the past to many parts of the 
code in openser. His id is 'carstenbock'.
