[OpenSER-Users] Presence module - NOTIFY not sent after un-SUBSCRIBE

Hello Pascal ,

Indeed the 1.2.x version did not sent Notify when unSubscribe was 
received. It has been fixed in trunk but a back port was forgotten.
It was fixed with the latest commit.
