[Users] How to log the username of caller and callee to acc table?

Hi Charles,

trying to merge the INVITEs and BYEs at openser level will increase the 
complexity of the ACC module logic. The design bases on the simple 
concept of logging START/STOP records that can be merged/process 
afterwards, via a separate app as you need/like.
