By design you can only activate a single failure route. In your example 
you can either:
- make a third failure route which is activated if (A && B) and handle 
both situations.
- set flags which are queried in the failure route:
If condition A {
	setflag(1)
     t_on_failure("1")
}

If condition B {
	setflag(2)
     T_on_failure("1")
}


failure_route[1] {
if (isflagset(1)) {
    ....
}
if (isflagset(2)) {
    ....
}
