[Users] DBTEXT performance vs. MySQL?

Hi Daryl,

theoretically, dbtext should be much faster than mysql as actually 
dbtext is running entirely on cache. Of course, this have some drawback 
also - more shared memory used, impossible to do db changes at runtime 
from outside proxy.
