[Users] sdp negotiation fails - no ACK - rtpproxy

Hello,

didn't looked at traces, but in the past MS SIP stuff had issues with 
record routing. Make sure you turn on enable_full_rr parameter of rr module.

Another issue might be related to codecs, might be that exchange does 
not like asterisk codec, put is less probable.
