[OpenSER-Users] Bug or bad config?

Hi all,
I’m trying to set up conditional call forwarding using an openser.cfg
created with sip:wizard on sipwise.com.
On ring-timeout before response 408 I receive a "500 I'm terribly sorry..."
message.  

ngrep output:

How can I solve this problem?
Attached the routing section of openser.cfg (full file was too big for
