[Users] OpenSER v1.1.1 released

Hi,
just an updated for the Debian users...
as OpenSER is part of the official Debian distribution, for testing and
unstable version, you can download OpenSER directly form the official
repositories (via APT). Most probably it will take a bit of time to
generate and upload the repos.
For stable version, just use the APT repo of the OpenSER project - it
was already populated with 1.1.1 version. See the download section for
info about repo.
