[Users] cancelling INVITE during OK response

HI,
I\m afraid you cannot do that (yet) in openser...there is no way to
trigger a cancel from the script..... A possible, but complicated way it
could be to sent the CANCEL from outside via fifo for example using
t_uac_dlg.
