For the Above case...
OpenSER/SER is  doesn't support,
For that ,  Asterisk can use the b2bua agentm that,,,,

UAC's-------------->OpenSER-->ASterisk  --------->UAC's

Asterisk will control the Balancing routing to OpenSER.......
