[Users] not install mysql.so

Hi all,


Please set $LOCALBASE and $SYSBASE according to your box setup before
compiling.  One shouldn't need to modify any Makefile for compiling
(except snmpstats for cross compilation).
Also make sure that you have the right dev packages installed.
