[Users] TCP lifetime

there was no such feature ever (as far as I remember); on the other hand 
I consider it a bit dangerous - keeping endless TCP connections, at 
global level. maybe a better approach will be to have the ability to set 
the lifetime from script for the current TCP connection...just a 
suggestion...
