[OpenSER-Users] Timeout between 100 and 180/183 Messages

Hi!

AFAIK you can't do this. You can only differ between
- timeout when no response was received (fr_timer)
- timeout after a provisional response was received (regardless of the 
response code) (fr_inv_timer).
